Ramadhan has been running a few days, Ramadhan is a month of fasting for the moslems. Fasting is an obligation for Moslem as well as for football players in European leagues. There are many football players who had a Moslem. While undergoing training and a rigorous game schedule and became the minority, many of whom still perform fasting.
This is an encouragement for us in implementing the fast. Besides being a trained service to keep our passions and concerns, fasting is also very useful for our health.
